Dancing at Billesdon with other sides on midsummer Wednesday is surely a tradition by now. We were trying to decide how many years we had been doing it, with various answers between 6 and 9. Here we are as usual with
Bakanalia Border Morris and
New St George Morris.
Leicester Morris Men were also dancing at the Queen's Head on the same evening, so at the end of the evening there were four sides, all different, a true morris spectacle. (I don't appear to have taken many good pictures of Bakanalia and my Leicester Morris Men photos are all rather dark - apologies to all!)
